Giving back to our communities in more ways than one.

Back in August, team members Jon, Martin, Clare and John supported a community event, hosted by the Bosden Farm Community Group.

The group wanted to raise funds for the team to show their appreciation for the work we do in their community. Team members were invited along to raise our profile and showcase what we do.

As part of the day, our volunteer responsers spent time delivering Stop the Bleed training as well as CPR & AED training. This is in support of the community who have raised funds for a Stop The Bleed kit which is now housed next to their community AED.

Thanks to the community, we raised £350 via our tombola and card sales and we’ve just had notification that the Bosden Farm Community Group have matched the amount we raised as a donation to the Charity.

We can’t thank our supporters enough for their generosity.

Income generates the ability to expand our services, recruiting more volunteers and providing more state-of-the-art equipment to further help those patients who are critically unwell.

Thanks to Sentinel Ambulance Service who kindly loaned us the Bleeding Control trainers for the event and the Bosden Farm Pub & Dining for the use of their facilities.
